This is the flip side of a presentation I made last week to over 100 members of the Planning Institute of BC from all across the province. For them the issue was "what do I look for in an applicant's information and documents?" For applicants, the issue is "How can I make it as easy as possible for planning authorities to move my project along?" Some of the answers may surprise you.
