The pressure is on to build housing that meets the needs of future residents in the District of North Vancouver. But how do we get current residents and business owners to buy into the vision for the future—without losing them to the traffic jams and bike lanes? Councillor Back will take a lighthearted look at strategies for engaging the community, finding common ground, and making sure we’re all on the same page as we move forward. After all, we can’t build the future if we’re stuck in the past (or traffic).
