Merging Land and Architecture: Land Assembly Strategies for Success Over the last 15 years, Andrew Scott has come to include land assembly as a core component of his practice of Architecture and Planning.
Andrew proposes masterplans for large sites for the purpose of gaining traction with the City and Land Owners to move projects forward.
One of Andrew’s masterplans which started off as a land assembly site discovery, was recently shortlisted in New Westminster’s ‘reGenerate’ Bold Vision Planning Competition.
This presentation will do a deep dive ‘Case Study’ into Andrew’s 22nd Street Skytrain high density masterplan. We will look at how a strong visual aid can create engagement and discuss strategies for helping stakeholders catch the vision for working together, to make a City.
