Adopting a holistic approach to building performance anticipates and facilitates occupant requirements where tenants can leverage scalable systems. This provides capital savings with an emphasis on sustainability and operational efficiencies.
Speakers Bio
Clint Undseth is the Vice President of Innovation for the Stuart Olson Group of Companies. He has 30 years of experience in the construction and technology industries ranging from design to strategy and policy for business, government and not for profits. This includes AMP Inc. IBM Global Services, Canada’s Assembly of First Nations and the Global Cyber Security Centre. Over the last 7 years he has been strategically involved in creating high performing building strategies, standards and solutions. Clint Chairs an Innovation Committee for the Chamber of Commerce and is currently studying strategic change management at the University of Virginia.
