Jon Bennest
Jon is a Principal at Urban Analytics – The leading provider of new multi-family home data and advisory services in Metro Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton. Urban Analytics’ provides development industry stakeholders with new home data through its subscription website (NHSLive.ca), which now has over 100 subscriber clients and over 600 users since its inception in 2013. The company is poised to grow further as it recently introduced the offering subscription access for newer purpose-built rental data and is aiming to increase its presence in the Alberta market.
Prior to joining Urban Analytics, Jon spent 5 years as a market analyst both Polygon Homes and Mosaic Homes. Throughout this tenure Jon monitored residential market conditions through Metro Vancouver and provided strategic pricing and positioning recommendations for over 5,000 multi-family residential units. Jon has a bachelor of commerce with an urban land economics designation from the Sauder School of Business.
